Monica Young is a Los Angeles-based singer, award-winning songwriter, producer, and actress known for her soulful pop sound. This AAPI artist was born in Germany and grew up in Kansas, raised by her single, badass mother. She later moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams in the entertainment industry.

Since arriving in LA, Monica has made a mark across multiple creative fields. As an actress, she’s appeared in TV shows like Modern Family, Community, Criminal Minds, and ABC's High Potential, as well as various films and commercials. Her journey in music has been just as noteworthy. She has sung backup vocals on projects that included Celine Dion, John Legend, and more. As a singer/songwriter, her song “Just Be,” written for the film Along Came Wanda, garnered multiple awards on the film festival circuit.
